Casting A Live Action Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood Movie
13. Sloth - Braun Strowman
This might seem like a strange choice, but we genuinely believe that WWE superstar, Braun Strowman, is the perfect choice to play Sloth. While he doesn't quite have the acting pedigree of some of the other people on this list, he doesn't really need one to play the giant homunculi.
Out of all the homunculus, Sloth is the least talkative, so whoever plays him won't need to deliver any long, dramatic monologues. The most Strowman would have to do is say "so...tired..." and judging by the level of his promos in the WWE, he should be able to pull that off.
What makes Strowman such a great choice to play Sloth is that he's an incredible physical specimen. Standing at six-foot-eight and nearly 400lbs, Strowman is a frightening figure to say the least. While the obvious choice would've been to use CGI to create the largest - and fastest - all of all the homunculi, why do that when you've got a real monster among men available?
