2. Reed Richards - Joseph Gordon-Levitt

The leader of the Fantastic Four, Reed Richards is the greatest scientific mind in the universe, a fact that's coupled with an inherent goodness and desire to do right, but can often be blinded by his obsession with science.

While many have pointed to John Krasinski as the ideal fit, thanks to his obvious chemistry with Blunt and resemblance to the character in the comics, he doesn't possess quite the same nerdiness the character requires, which is where Joseph Gordon-Levitt comes in.

For years, JGL has been a leading man just waiting to happen: he's had strong supporting roles in Inception and The Dark Knight Rises, but the movies he's led haven't quite pushed him to superstardom, despite his obvious talents.

He has the charisma necessary to lead an MCU movie, and should have no problem sharing chemistry with the rest of the team since he's almost always likeable. He's also capable of playing someone intelligent and nerdy, as seen in Snowden and (500) Days of Summer, meaning he could do everything asked of Mister Fantastic.
