San Diego Comic-Con has come and gone for another year, and if you're even remotely interested in genre movies or TV shows, it's of course worth paying attention to, given the glut of crowd-pleasing reveals and announcements that follow.

And this year's SDCC sure didn't disappoint when it came to the shock announcements, trailer drops, casting reveals and all-around celebration of everything cult and nerdy.
