Creed 2 Trailer Reaction: 6 Ups & 3 Downs

3. Michael B. Jordan's Awesome Intensity

Michael B. Jordan gave a typically fantastic performance in the first Creed, and though he doesn't have his good luck charm Ryan Coogler along for the ride this time, it nevertheless looks like he's going to bring all the intense physicality he brought to the table previously.

It goes without saying that he's gotten into incredible shape to reprise the role - or rather, maintained it since working on Black Panther - and he also continues to convince as an angry, hungry young man with the seeming weight of the world on his shoulders.

Whether or not Creed 2 ends up being a decidedly average sequel, it's hard to imagine many having complaints about Jordan's commitment to the role.
