2. The Spectre Of Apollo Creed Looms Large

Much of Creed 2's first trailer once again revolves around Adonis wrestling with the absence of his father, with the added wrinkle of him deciding to fight Viktor Drago in order to avenge his dad's demise at the hands of Viktor's own father.

Though the first movie covered Adonis' daddy issues well enough, the Drago connection gives the sequel a perfect excuse to explore it all in even greater depth.

While digging up arguably the silliest aspect of Rocky "lore" is definitely a risky proposition, it's easy to appreciate how Adonis' quest for revenge should result in one of the most emotionally charged and personal final battles to any movie in the series.

While it'd probably be a misstep to rake over Apollo's memory once again for the inevitable third movie, bringing Adonis some much-needed closure and allowing him to move on would be a fitting end for Creed 2.
