2. He's Technology Based
By now we of course now that Tony Stark is completely reliant on his technology to be a hero, and the same goes for Booster Gold. Without it, he's nothing more than an average guy with no superpowers. All of his abilities are granted through the tech he stole from the future: A power suit that grants him super strength, wrist blasters, a force field belt, and goggles that have infrared, X-ray and magnifying capabilities. He can also fly, thanks to a ring he stole from the Legion of Super-Heroes. Of course, Booster is similar to Batman when it comes to relying on his gadgetry to fight crime. It's no coincidence that Batman, DC's most popular film character, and Iron Man for Marvel, are both normal men aided by technology. So, if a Booster Gold film were to employ some of the same ideas, perhaps he could be just as successful.
