6. Shia LaBeouf

Okay, put down your pitch-forks, there's no need to get upset. Under all of the "art" and the attempts to get himself arrested protesting Donald Trump, Shia LaBeouf is a very gifted actor. Yes, the self same guy who starred in the early Transformers movies.

LaBeouf was particularly excellent in Fury and his work on American Honey deserves far more attention than it has received so far. He's a controversial figure, but that shouldn't stand in the way of his ability to act or his suitability to playing a key lead in a massive-budget blockbuster. He's been there before, after all.

What LaBeouf offers is intensity, and while he's yet to really show any proclivity to physical performances, there's nothing you can't do with a gifted personal trainer and a martial arts specialist. Just ask Chris Pratt.
