DCEU: 10 Characters Who Desperately Deserve A Movie Appearance

The mere existence of the Reverse Flash in the DCEU points to a storyline fans are foaming at the mouth for: Flashpoint.

Fans may not have to wait too long for Eobard Thawne to wreak havoc, as the previously announced Flash movie has now become Flashpoint. Reverse Flash is the main villain of that story, so it's only matter of time before the psychopathic speedster gets his hands on Ezra Miller's scarlet speedster.

The Reverse Flash is, as one could guess from the name, the very antithesis of Barry Allen. Operating in the Negative Speed Force, the Reverse Flash is able to freely manipulate and move through time. He is the only speedster that can drastically alter a timeline without suffering dire consequences.

He has single-handedly been responsible for some of the worst tragedies in Barry Allen's life. The list includes erasing his best friend from history and murdering the two most important women in his life, his girlfriend Iris West and Barry's mother, Nora Allen. He's a particularly sadistic character, albeit one that posesses a lot of cinematic potential.
