This one is even funnier now than it was when written given how even more off-the-chain he's recently been on Twitter, but, given his ubiquity and general megalomaniac persona, Deadpool wouldn't really be doing its job if it didn't get in a joke about Kanye.

There's more references to Deadpool co-creator Rob Liefeld in the movie than any other comic book creative - his name is on a coffee cup at the very start, there's a Liefeld St. sign during the highway showdown and he even cameos in a send up of his controversial public persona.
