Deadpool 2: 7 Deleted Scenes Ranked From Worst To Best

Deadpool 2 is every bit the raucous, hilarious follow-up it was predicted to be when it first released, but no one could've predicted that a strong emotional current would've run throughout it as well.

The film, in a great many ways, is way too clever for its own good, offering an interesting commentary on the X-Men allegory through the characters of Deadpool and Russell. The main source of drama stems from Broadstone and Eddie Marsan's evil headmaster, but while the main cut does a solid enough job of intimating the threat and mantra of Marsan's institution, it could've perhaps benefited from a more detailed look.

This extra look is shown off in the home release, adding more scenes between Russell and the Headmaster before Deadpool and the X-Men encounter Broadstone midway through the film's opening act. It adds more of a creepiness factor to Marsan's villain, and though it could be argued that it's more excess weight that needed to be shed, dedicating more time to Broadstone only enhances Deadpool 2.
