4. Throwing (More) Shade At DC

After the previous trailer's merciless dig at DC's Justice League moustache-gate debacle went over so well online, Fox would've been dumb not to lean into it even more with the next trailer. And oh boy, they took no prisoners.

After Cable roasts Deadpool with that aforementioned "sex toy" one-liner, the Merc with a Mouth retorts, "So dark. Are you sure you're not from the DC universe?"

Boom. No matter whether you're an unapologetic fan of the DCEU or not, it's still mind-blowing and hilarious to hear a movie giving no f***s whatsoever and throwing ample amounts of shade at a widely-ridiculed film. That it manages to do it without feeling overly mean-spirited is honestly pretty impressive.
