3. That X-Men Origins: Wolverine Joke
If you haven't seen X-Men Origins: Wolverine in quite some time - and honestly, who could blame you? - you may have missed the brilliant closing gag that rips one of its most infamous action sequences to pieces.
The scene in question had Wade Wilson (2009-era Ryan Reynolds) using two samurai swords to deflect a hail of bullets from numerous assailants. At one point, he even slices a bullet in half, causing it to split in two directions and kill two enemies behind him.
It's a dumb but mindlessly entertaining sequence, which is gloriously sent-up in this trailer, as Cable fires a pistol at Deadpool, and after pulling off the same bullet-slicing trick, 'Pool finds himself unable to deflect any more of Cable's shots.
As such, Deadpool continues swinging his swords around as Cable relentlessly fires bullets through him, blood squirting all over the place. Deadpool's retort? "Ooh. Your bullets. They're really fast." Brutal.
