As Deadpool exits the phonebox, two posters for Firefly can be seen on the wall behind him, confirming that David Leitch is as big a fan of the show as everyone else in the world.

Is this another empty tease by Fox that they might be doing something else with the property? They have a habit of doing so, after all... Or maybe it's a reference to the fact that both it and Logan are revisionist, futuristic Westerns?

Or maybe it's a hint that Nathan Fillion is confirmed for Cable? Don't bet on it: it's more likely to be a nod to Morena Baccarin's part on the show. She played Inara Serra, of course.
