3. It Has An After-Credits Scene

While it doesn't sound as if Warner Bros.' DC Comics movies will be embracing the after-credits scenes which Marvel Studios have made must-see events, Fox have been using them sporadically for years, teasing the arrival of Apocalypse at the end of X-Men: Days of Future Past and the resurrection of Charles Xavier way back in The Last Stand. It's particularly fitting that Deadpool is getting one, but what could this "self aware and referential" scene which is "perfect Deadpool" actually be? While it would be nice to think that Cable shows up or we get some sort of awesome Hugh Jackman cameo, I'd place my money on the Merc with the Mouth utilising this scene to take the p*ss out of the whole concept of these after-credits scenes, and that should actually be a lot more fun in many ways. Still, it's worth noting that Deadpool actually showed up in one of X-Men Origins: Wolverine's post-credit stingers when his decapitated head shushed the audience. Could this movie find a way to reference that cringeworthy scene or will it be too obscure for the majority of moviegoers? We're just going to have to wait and see...
