Deadpool Movie: Ranking The Characters By Anticipation
Played By: Ed Skrein. Who's Ed Skrein? While he replaced Jason Statham as the face of The Transporter series with this year's The Transporter Refueled, many fans of Game of Thrones will undoubtedly recognize him from his role as Daario Naharis in the show's third season, before Michiel Huisman took over the role permanently in season four. As fans of the comics know, Francis and his employer Dr. Killebrew are crucial to the story behind Wade's becoming Deadpool. While Killebrew has been left off this list due to the ambiguity of whether or not he's in the film - and if he is, who's playing him - Ajax has long since been confirmed to be in it, seemingly #1 on Deadpool's hit list. So far, the film's various footage has focused almost exclusively on its titular character, meaning the big villain of the piece hasn't really had a moment to shine and get the general public talking about him ahead of its release. The film is undoubtedly going to be a showcase for Deadpool through and through, but hopefully the final product hasn't forgotten that a good villain can elevate any story, and doesn't waste the opportunity to emphasize how personal the two men's conflict is.
