Doctor Strange: 10 Best Moments

4. The Hong Kong Reverse-Battle

There are a number of eyeball-splatteringly, mind-meltingly insane, gorgeous battles in this movie, though the best was definitely saved for last.

Kaecillius attacks the Hong Kong Sanctum and prepares to unleash Dormammu on Earth, leaving Wong dead and Strange with no choice but to use the Eye in order to turn back time.

As buildings un-explode and cars fly backwards past him and Mordo, they take on Kaecillius and his zealots (all of whom are unaffected by the reversal), continually encasing them in time traps which they are eventually able to break free of.

Even though Strange ultimately realises he'll have to get more creative to defeat Kaecillius, the main upside here is that Wong gets resurrected, because he's just too awesome to die.

Simply, with its immense visual feast and sheer crazed ambition, it's one of the best and most imaginative set-pieces from any MCU movie so far.
