This is where the shippers, the fanboys, and the general audiences all unite in there one true wish for Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange: that, like the rest of the MCU actors, he will have signed on for multiple films, both solo and otherwise. Which means that, eventually, he might pop up in an Avengers flick. Which means that he might be in a film with Tom Hiddleston's Loki. And that they might kiss. Okay, so the last bit probably won't happen - sorry, Tumblr - but the distinct possibility of two of the country's finest actors sharing a screen would be pretty cool. They were both in War Horse but didn't get to spend too much time together, which is a shame, because in real life they're apparently bezzy mates. Having the pair face off on different sides of the mystical divide would be quite the treat. Especially because Cumberbatch on the side of good finally tips the scales a little with the amount of British actors playing baddies. Loki versus Doctor Strange is totally a battle that makes sense, and not just because it says so in your heart. Forget Thanos and the Infinity Gauntlet - having these two in the same film is the real biggest threat to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Imagine all the gif sets...
