Doctor Strange 3: 10 Characters Who Could Be The Main Villain

In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Strange has repeatedly vanquished his enemies, not through raw power, but by outsmarting them. He trapped Dormammu in a time loop. He gave the Scarlet Witch exactly what she thought she wanted. By giving Thanos the Time Stone, Strange was able to bring about his downfall. Because he has fooled Titans and gods, you'd imagine Strange is smart enough to fool anyone.

With the exception of perhaps one: Mephisto.

Being the ruler of Hell, harbouring unlimited magic, and commanding an army of countless demons, it's no surprise Mephisto's power is unrivalled. When it comes to a magical battle, not even Strange would stand a chance. The Master of the Mystic Arts is fully aware of this, and knows he would need to find an alternative method to defeat the devilish... um... Devil.
