One dependable delight of each new Marvel film is the Stan Lee cameo, a hilarious pop-up from the comic genius. Usually these are kept tightly under wraps (at least for full-on Marvel flicks - Deadpool gave away its during a Comic-Con trailer), but it seems like Doctor Strange's preview gave up the goods:
