3. Are All Dreams Windows Into Other Universes?

One of Multiverse of Madness' more intriguing revelations is the suggestion by America Chavez that dreams aren't actually random collections of images and sensations, but in fact echo-like windows into the experiences of our multiversal selves - our variants.

At the start of the film, Earth-616's Strange has a dream of his Defender Strange variant and America escaping from a demonic entity, but when he meets America in his own universe, she informs him it was no dream.

Now, this isn't 100% confirmed by any means - America points out that this was Defender Strange's own theory about dreams, but it would certainly explain why America herself doesn't dream as she appears to be the only version of herself across the multiverse.

If we only had dreams about ourselves then the answer would seem self-evident, but given that humans often dream about other people, are these dreams also glimpses into other realities? If not, then why doesn't America have any dreams at all?

Given that this isn't exactly a plot-pivotal question, don't be surprised if it's left totally ambiguous forevermore, annoyingly.
