The other band at the Rockit, Crash and The Boys, are named after the NES game of the same name. Their girl drummer is technically an 8-years-old girl called Abigail Chu, who learned the drums entirely for this part. The band Crash And The Boys have a much larger part in the comic books, but for the sake of the narrative they were obliterated by Matthew during the first evil ex fight. In their much-extended literary role, their bands drum-skin featured the Archies logo. However, in the film the logo is replaced by a DRUM skin in a homage to The Monkees film Head.
