4. Tony Threatens Loki
Ill admit Im a sucker for defiant hero speeches but this one is something pretty special. Its hard not to love Tony Starks unflappable confidence as he verbally smacks down Loki while both pouring himself a drink and subtly activating his new Iron Man suit. Through Tonys threat to Loki that the Avengers are coming, we know full well that the battle to come is going to be an epic one and that well finally see the Avengers working together in unison. It also has a to death or glory feel to it, basically stating outright that theyll fight to the death to either save the Earth or avenge it. Its surprisingly rousing stuff for a comic book movie. Theres also some great character development for Tony as we see the beginnings of his true transformation from the snarky billionaire whos only out for himself, to the hero whos willing to make a sacrifice play to save New York. As well as all that, theres some great comedy moments mixed in there. Somethings thats very hard to weave into a scene thats mainly a dramatic confrontation. http://youtu.be/czcbAPXkHlU
