His involvement may look like it would be limited to a Justice League follow-up by that post-credits scene, but Joe Manganiello told Variety that a Deathstroke movie "is in the works". It would presumably be a solo outing involving a DC hero of some description (it's been rumoured Nightwing might turn up) perhaps working as an origin?

Will It Happen?

At the minute, Deathstroke teaming up with Lex Luthor again is probably a more likely next step, but depending on how that goes down, we might still get to see a solo outing for him.

The only problem is that Deathstroke only really works with his most famous target - Batman - opposite him. Without him, he loses some of his drawing appeal, no matter how well cast Mangianello is.
