Every DCEU Movie Ranked From Worst To Best (According To IMDb)

Millions of dollars worth of reshoots and ridiculous moustache removals aside, Justice League can only be seen as a failure for the studio. It is hard not to compare this movie with Avengers Assemble as both are the first big screen appearances of Marvel and DC’s respective flagship teams, and the latter fell way short of the mark.

Comparisons were always going to come from the fans, and in the end it's their opinion that matters as these are the people that fuel the box office numbers. Avengers Assemble was the sixth MCU movie, and was helped by five previous movies of character building. Justice League was the fourth in the DCEU, yet had introduced only three of the titular team's six members previously.

Not only was the movie completely rushed, the pure CGI charisma vacuum of a villain added nothing, particularly frustrating with Darkseid lurking in the background, and added nothing to the vague building blocks laid down in Dawn of Justice.

This movie suffered from the work of two directors with clearly different visions for the project, and was killed by studio interference before it even hit cinemas. Hopefully the Snyder Cut will eventually be released, and restore faith in a franchise that desperately needs it.
