3. Darkforce - Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. And Agent Carter

Although its impact on the films is negligible, Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. always tries to tie itself into what's going on on the big screen (best seen with a series-redefining twist in the wake of Captain America: The Winter Soldier), and Doctor Strange is no different. Although the meat of the link won't be seen until closer to the film's release in Season 4, the show's already laid the groundwork for one key element of the mythology - Darkforce.

A negative energy force from an alternate dimension, Doctor Strange hasn't been linked to it in the past (it was mainly used by mutants), but it's been announced it'll be an important part of the movie, once again showing how Stephen will be bringing in all manner of mystical elements to the MCU.

It was was first alluded to in AoS Season 1, then formed the background of the events of Agent Carter Season 2, before showing up again in S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Season 3. Across these episodes it's been a general dark, destructive energy, although you can imagine it'll get better defined when the film arrives.
