Aragog is a terrifying, giant spider, voiced perfectly by Julian Glover. His role in the story amounts to little more than a stepping stone in the plot, but he still makes an impression. The practical spider model is incredibly detailed, and his beady eyes are horrifying.
If he was in it more, and was more fleshed out, he would easily be in the top ten.
