He really sinks his teeth into the role with the little time his has. His little cheeky flourishes really stand out, such as when he jokingly taunts Neville before charging him. It gives him that little hit of charisma that a character like this needs. The moment where he smells Hermione's perfume is a quiet yet unnerving scene, where Moran gets to go full creep-mode.
He's only a minor presence, but his small moments to shine do stand out.
