15. Crabbe And Goyle
These two are among the funniest villains in the series.
They tend to do one of two things: bumble behind Malfoy, or get their arses kicked by the good guys. It's hard not to smile when these bullies get a taste of their own medicine.
Goyle was practically on his own for the later films, due to Jamie Waylett (Crabbe's actor) doing some highly illegal things. Goyle's mostly wasted in the last instalments, but gets a big moment in the last film when he sets the room of requirement alight. Unfortunately, he also falls into his own fire, so his threat level remains as high as a wingless pigeon.
