Every In-Production Fox Marvel Movie That Could Join The MCU
1. Silver Surfer
Like Doctor Doom, the Silver Surfer was introduced to readers in the pages of the Fantastic Four. He was part of the deal that sent the team's film rights over to Fox, but now that the merger is complete, it's time for him to come on home to Marvel Studios.
Fox began development of a Silver Surfer origin story back in 2018, and now that he's back at Marvel, the plan remains on the books to keep that film going. There's no telling when it might be released, but the probability that it will end up in theaters remains high.
Adam McKay revealed just the other month that his agent had held tentative discussions with Feige regarding the Surfer, and given how the character is such a fan-favourite, could it be a matter of when - not if - Norrin Radd appears in the MCU?
A Silver Surfer origin film wouldn't even take place on Earth, which makes it easier to add to the MCU. It could also serve as an introduction to Galactus, alien races, and tons of other Marvel Cosmic entities the likes of which Phases 1-3 couldn't dream of.
