Every James Bond Girl Ranked From Worst To Best

46. Tiffany Case - Diamonds Are Forever

James Bond Girls Ranked
MGM/Eon Productions

Tiffany Case (Jill St. John) is yet another one of the worst lead Bond Girls in the series.

The Bond films of the 1960s and 1970s really didn't do a great job with their lead Bond Girls for the most part and Tiffany Case is a useful summation of everything those films did wrong in this department.

Jill St John's performance is pretty poor and as a character, Tiffany is under-written, annoying, incompetent, unfunny and doesn't actually affect the plot much.

If you were to take her out of the film the story-line wouldn't change - in fact, since she nearly messes up Bond's plans in the finale ("You stupid twit! You put the real [tape] back in!"), he'd have had an easier ride without her - which speaks to just how underfed she is as a character.

As well as this, like several other Bond Girls, she spends the climax wandering around in a bikini for no clear reason. At one point Bond shoves a cassette down her bikini bottoms, which is probably the most memorable thing about her.
