Every James Bond Girl Ranked From Worst To Best
45. Pam Bouvier - Licence To Kill
In Licence to Kill's love triangle subplot, Bond ultimately goes for Pam Bouvier, a CIA agent who helps him on the mission. Well... he went for the better character, but only by a whisker.
It is nice to see a Bond Girl who can really handle herself and helps Bond instead of needing to be rescued all the time, but being tough is basically where Pam's personality ends, making her a complete and utter bore. Carey Lowell's wooden acting doesn't help either.
Easily the character's lowest moment is when, after finding out Bond slept with Lupe, acts like a stroppy teenager and yells "I'll be damned if I help him!" Luckily, Q (Desmond Llewellyn) is there to calm her down and she does help Bond defeat Sanchez but still, what did Bond see in her (or Lupe)?
Make no mistake, Timothy Dalton's Bond was very unlucky with his Bond Girls.
