Every James Bond Girl Ranked From Worst To Best
44. Diamonds Are Forever - Plenty O'Toole
There are four main types of Bond Girl: the sexual conquest, the sacrificial lamb (a Bond Girl who dies), the femme fatale and the main sidekick, although the characters often fit into multiple categories. Plenty O'Toole (Lana Wood) is a combination of the sexual conquest and the sacrificial lamb, although some villains interrupt her and Bond before they can actually get down to business. She's also one of the worst Bond Girls in either category.
Plenty is thankfully not on-screen for long but she still leaves a mark due to just how irritating she is, thanks mainly to Lana Wood's terrible performance. Hell, even Bond (unsurprisingly) doesn't seem very keen on her, although he takes her upstairs regardless.
She's later murdered off-screen by Wint and Kidd in a flippant manner, having been mistaken for the main Bond Girl Tiffany Case.
Lana Wood and Jill St John both had affairs with Sean Connery and subsequently had a decades-long feud, which is certainly more interesting than anything about either character.
