Every James Bond Henchmen Ranked

Whisper (Earl Jolly Brown) is a henchman of Dr Kananga's, who has an impediment that makes his voice incredibly quiet. That's pretty much all there is to this character.

Whisper just doesn't really do anything or pose any sort of threat, and he's absent for most of the movie too. He eventually gets knocked into an airtight canister by Bond and his fate is left unknown.

Whisper definitely isn't one of the better Bond henchmen.
