Every James Bond Villain Ranked Worst To Best

28. Brad Whitaker - The Living Daylights

"Who the hell is that?" Most will probably think.

Well, Brad Whittaker (Joe Don Baker) is the secondary villain of The Living Daylights and he's an American arms dealer who is working with main villain Georgi Koskov. He's also one of the blandest and most unmemorable Bond villains of all time.

Badly written, completely under-developed and woodenly played, Whitaker is a total and utter bore in every sense and the only memorable thing about him is that he's one of the few American villains in the series.

He eventually gets killed by Bond dropping a bust of Wellington, the British commander, onto his head in a rather silly manner.
