Damon turns up in this predictable drama as a lawyer in the film's final moments, turning up, it seems, to tie up loose ends and end the movie with some exposition.
The rest of the Finding Forrester is an occasionally moving flick that boasts a solid performance from leads Sean Connery and Rob Brown. As a whole, though, its a rather drab affair, marred by forgettability and a clear lack of daring.
In his small role, Damon seems to be reading his lines, uninterested in what's going on - and that really sums the film up.
