Every Matt Damon Movie Ranked Worst To Best
42. Margaret (2011)
Though a bit of a slog at 156 minutes (or 180, if you're after the extended version), Margaret is nonetheless an emotional rollercoaster of a movie that features powerful performances from lead Anna Paquin and the supporting ensemble.
In that ensemble, Damon plays a math teacher who falls for Paquin's embattled and beaten-down protagonist as her life takes a series of sudden turns.
He isn't around long, but he makes an impression in a film that holds up as dramatic, well-written character study.
