26. Thor (2011)
Thor was far from loved when it was released back in 2011, and whilst it certainly remains one of the MCU's weakest additions, it has aged well thanks to the later development of the titular character and Chris Hemsworth's star-making performance.
Following Thor as he's banished from Asgard and stranded on Earth with a group of uncertain scientists, the film feels remarkably low on stakes, even for a Marvel vehicle, and the main core of the story struggles to overcome its surprisingly boring execution despite the talent involved.
Though Kenneth Branagh is a fantastic director and some scenes pop - Thor's attempt to lift Mjolnir is a particular standout - the overall product ends up an inoffensive yet unchallenging character study lost to its strangely cautious narrative.
