Every MCU Villain Ranked Weakest To Strongest

After the accidental death of the first Shocker, Jackson Brice, Vulture handed things over to his new right-hand, Herman Schultz. Using the modified gauntlet of Crossbones, Shocker was able to take Spider-Man on with powerful bursts of electricity and an increased level of strength.

Though Shocker was a decent side-villain to Spider-Man to take on before the main event, he was in the end a mere lackey, easily defeated and unable to keep himself out of jail.
