Every MCU Villain Ranked Weakest To Strongest

Ultron was created by Tony Stark and Bruce Banner with the hopes of making a machine that could protect Earth from various unseen future threats. Unfortunately, Ultron proved too intelligent for his own good, and began to think for himself - concluding that the biggest worldly threat was humanity itself.

Creating an unstoppable army of host bodies, Ultron grew stronger and stronger with time, and set out to destroy humanity through genocide. With his insane strength levels and ability to hack every computer system in the world to better his chances of fulfilling his goals, Ultron was able to overpower Thor at his strongest, and it took all the Avengers (as well as newcomers Scarlet Witch, Vision and Quicksilver) to finally destroy all his host bodies.

He may have been slightly underwhelming compared to the comics that inspired him, but Ultron still made for a wickedly powerful villain.
