2. Dormammu
Dormammu was the ruler of the Dark Dimension, able to utilise its power to manipulate everything around him. By using Kaecilius and the Zealots as instruments to his cause, the all-powerful entity was out to bring the Dark Dimension to Earth and spread his influence across the universe.
Though Dormammu was seen only briefly, he was able to kill Doctor Strange with ease numerous times, but was so irritated by Strange's use of the Time Stone that he left without completing his master plan.
Dormammu's powers weren't fully explored during his one-time appearance in the franchise, but it was pretty clear from what we saw that there's no one that could defeat him at full power. That being said...
