An international black market arms dealer and enemy of Wakanda, when Ulysses Klaue first appeared he was nothing more than a powerful if physically powerless criminal.

Having lost all his vibranium as well as his arm to Ultron, Klaue armed himself with a prosthetic limb and teamed up with Erik Killmonger to get more vibranium from the Wakandans.

With his new arm, he was able to fire off beams of energy toward his opponents, something which came in useful when he hunted down by Black Panther. He was eventually betrayed and murdered by Killmonger, but before his untimely death proved to be a tricky and tough adversary.
