Every Mission Impossible Villain Ranked From Worst To Best

7. Sabine Moreau - Ghost Protocol

Owen Davian Mi Iii
Paramount Pictures

Before she was cast as a Bond girl, French actress Léa Seydoux made a major impression in a Hollywood blockbuster in her role as Femme Fatale Sobine Moreau. Seydoux is outstanding in her limited screen time, portraying Moreau as a no nonsense assassin who kills her rivals while barely breaking stride.

The tension packed scene in a Dubai skyscraper is greatly enhanced thanks to Seydoux's presence, with a real sense that this killer will figure out the IMF team's ruse at any time. Moreau's deduction that the IMF agents are not who they say they are further displays that this character has brains as well as her killing expertise, her attention to detail and ability to improvise making her the perfect counterpoint to the Impossible crew.

It is the epic fight scene Léa Seydoux's character has with Paula Patton's Jane Carter that is the character's highlight, a brief but enthralling battle with genuine personal stakes for both involved. After being captured by the IMF team, Moreau manages to disarm Benji before engaging in a vicious fight to the death with Carter, utilising a corkscrew and her elite fighting skills.

Moreau gets the best death scene of the movie, getting kicked out of the window of the 119th floor- now that's a way to go!
