Every Pixar Movie Villain Ranked Worst To Best

12. Chick Hicks - Cars/Cars 3

Sometimes a good villain doesn't have to have a compelling backstory or a complex character. Sometimes it's just good to be bad. And that pretty much sums up Chick Hicks.

He's your typical nasty racer, that resorts to ramming his opponents off the road rather than racing them properly. Much like his successor in the franchise, Jackson Storm, Hicks is a reminder of what Lightning was destined to become had he not learned the value of friendship and sideswiping of The King at the climax of the final race, cements as one down right rotten villain.

Just to add to his villainy, Hick's race number is 86, a number synomous with destruction and his sponsor HTB stands for Hostile Takeover Bank. Yikes.

Portrayed by the ever-brilliant Michael Keaton, who would strangely go on to voice Ken in Toy Story 3, it still beggars belief how Hicks wasn't disqualified from every race he ever competed in given his tactics.
