Every Saw Movie Ranked From Worst To Best

6. Saw 3D

Saw 3D Cary Elwes Gordon
Lionsgate

You know a horror franchise is on its last legs when it throws 3D into the mix, and it's hard to ignore the whiff of desperation surrounding the "final" entry into the original series.

Though there are some amusingly gnarly death sequences and the final twist, which brings Dr. Gordon back into the fold, is so outrageous it's hard not to enjoy it, Saw 3D can't escape feeling incredibly cheap, ironic since it was by far the most expensive Saw film to date.

It has a certain goofy, guilty pleasure appeal, throwing caution to the wind and totally giving in to its baser instincts, so while it's hardly a good movie, it's certainly not boring.
