Every Saw Trap Ranked From Worst To Best

2. Saw VI - The Shotgun Carousel

Trap: Six of William's colleagues are on a carousel. Every so often, it will come to a stop in front of a shotgun and the shotgun will kill the person in front of it. William can only save two of them by pressing a button (which will also send spikes through his hand) and he has to let the other four die.

In terms of the smaller, individual Saw traps, the Carousel is the greatest of all time. Why? Because it's everything a Saw trap should be.

Gruesome gore effects? Check. A nerve-shreddingly suspenseful, ticking-clock scenario? Check. A harrowing, impossible choice you wouldn't wish on anyone? Check. The Carousel has it all.

Unforgettably disturbing and captivating to watch, the Carousel is a completely brilliant trap that hits like bullet between the eyes. It's definitely one of the most disturbing Saw traps yet it's also very hard to look away from it, and it's hard to imagine a better Saw trap coming along anytime soon.
