Trap: Nina (Naomi Snieckus), Bobby's publicist, was restrained in a chair with four sharp rods pointed at her neck. The key to the restraints was in her stomach on a fishhook and Bobby had to pull it out. The more noise she made, the closer the rods got.

The aforementioned Impalement Wheel, which takes place just before this, didn't work because it seemed unfairly hard for Bobby to complete.

This trap, ironically enough, failed on-screen because it all seemed too easy to complete and the victim's demise felt so bloody avoidable. Had Bobby just covered her mouth while pulling the key out, it all would've been fine.

This, as well as some unintentional comedy (such as when Bobby exclaims "Why couldn't you just shut the f**k up?!" at the corpse), drag it right down.
