Sebulba was the Dug pod racing champion of Tatooine. He was the fan favourite for victory in the Boonta Eve Classic and a keen hater of outside visitors. Sebulba was seen to be a conniving pod race pilot who would use any cheating advantage he could find to win, including sabotaging other pod racers and killing opponents.

Going up against a young Anakin Skywalker, Sebulba showed little mercy toward his young opponent and he was seen to be ruthless on the racetrack. However, he is second to last on this list as he was simply just a cheating racer and nothing more. Outside of pod racing, Sebulba was never a significant threat and audiences have not seen him since.
