16. Captain Phasma

Captain Phasma was the human captain of the First Order as well as right hand woman to Kylo Ren.

Sporting a tough chrome armour and an array of deadly weapons, Phasma was a vicious and ruthless leader who would do anything to achieve her mission. She was strict and authoritative, commanding the Stormtroopers before perishing at the hands of Finn and Rose Tico during the climax of The Last Jedi.

However, Phasma was very one dimensional. Audiences never got to see another side of her and she was simply just a faceless captain.

Phasma was easily captured by Han Solo and Chewbacca and defeated by Finn, a fairly untrained melee fighter. She was used as a light threat for the heroes and therefore has been left in her low position on this list.
