2. Monstrous: The Monsters of Latin America
The House:
Why have one monster when you can have three? La Muerte is set to be your guide as you find yourself coming up against three of Latin America's terrifying monsters. Will you make it out or will you find yourself at the mercy of Tlahuelpuchi, La Lechuza and El Silbón.
The Verdict:
Monstrous: The Monsters of Latin America was every much the beautiful house that we hoped that it might be. It also turned out to be full of frights. The monsters in this house were scary and Universal did a great job of making each of their stories clear.
The monsters themselves looked incredible; from their costumes to their makeup. There were huge puppets and great scare moments. The house was dark and loud; with clear sections for each monster. It also didn't feel disjointed in anyway.
There were plenty of moments we were caught by the monsters. This house was hugely popular amongst our RIP Tour group, with everyone bouncing out of the maze full of glee at how good it was.
It was everything you could hope for in a HHN house and we loved it.
