Fantastic Beasts: 10 Potential Harry Potter Spinoffs We'd Rather See
9. Dumbledore
So one of the main goals of Deathly Hallows was to give all these tantalizing little hints about Dumbledore's past, only to drop them like your dead little sister that you may or may not have killed (sorry).
Notably, the whole Dumbledore youth subplot was almost completely dropped from the film adaptation. Which is a shame, because those little snippets are incredibly cinematic and would only benefit from being seen on the big screen.
I want the wizarding version of a biopic, an homage to one of their greatest heroes. I think most Harry Potter fans would agree that there is absolutely no such thing as too much Dumbledore - he's always operated on the periphery of the action (and rightly so, as the story needs to have its focus be on the main trio of children), but every glimpse we get of his inner life and controversial past hint at an irresistibly compelling character.
